rules and regulations
1. No men allowed during pole or fitness class. Men by appointment only for sauna treatments.
2. No children allowed (kids class only)
3. Must be 18 years of age to participate
4. No alcohol or drugs prior to pole class or party
5. No sit ins allowed
6. No fighting
7. No racial or sexual discrimination
8. No racial remarks
9. Please clean all pole after usage
10. no refunds if miss drop in class
11. No refunds on memberships or classes

13. Hygiene is important for staff and clients
14. Must sign waiver
15. Clients are not allowed to teach, if ask by another client please direct to instructor
16. No inverting or climbing unless instructed or assisted by instructor
17. 20 min late policy ( no class entry)
18. 15 min class cancellation if no one attends

20. please respect all instructors, they have been properly trained for safety and precautions

4. All clients must shower prior to treatments
5. All clients are required to drink 2-3 16oz water prior to treatment
6. All clients must bring extra set of cloths
7. All clients must bring own big towel
1.No refunds on party deposits
2. 48hr prior Re-schedule policy or forfeit deposit.
3. All parties with food require $75 cleaning fee( refundable at end of event if clean/ no vomit or damage.
4. No alcohol prior to party

6.Shorts and tank top recommended

8. No oils or lotion on hands or body.
9. Not responsible for late arrivals of guest or host
